William Davis Homes is pleased to be bringing forward proposals for high-quality homes on land associated with the former brickworks off Parklands Drive in Loughborough.
Alongside much needed housing for the area, the proposals include green open space and wildlife-friendly landscaping. The homes would be accessed from Parklands Drive.
William Davis Homes held a consultation with the local community in 2022 and is grateful for all of the feedback received. Where possible, this has been used to help shape the plans.

William Davis Homes has now submitted a planning application to Charnwood Borough Council. We would expect that the application will be determined later this year.
